Refund Requests

Refund requests will not be accepted after 24 hours of purchase, and will be granted on a case-by-case basis.  

Exchanges timely submitted will be accepted. However, it is the responsibility of the original purchaser to find their replacement to conduct the exchange. We will do our best to assist, but we are under no obligation nor are we responsible for finding and securing the "other" party to fulfill the exchange.
